- Katie Lazo is a writer, comic creator, and storyboard artist. She has worked with Warner Bros, Titmouse, and WebToon on comic and animation projects. She is a member of the IATSE Local 839 Animation Union.
- Born and raised in Southern California, she takes her Chicana pride and infuses it with her passion for storytelling, animation, and art. Her work explores all the hues and tones of human emotions, creative expression, and community.
- She believes in unity through diversity and that there is room for everyone at the table.
- Katie adores creative collaborations and contributing her artwork to projects large or small. She is driven to curate communities around her through authenticity and courage. Katie promises to always show up curious, passionate, and eager to assist in making the imagination come to life through visual storytelling.
